On July 12th, the 8th Lotus Festival opened in the scenic area of Former Residence Xihuang, Huaiyang. This activity is undertaken by Henan Tourist Administration, Zhoukou Municipal People’s Government, Huaiyang Country People’s Government, Zhoukou Municipal Tourist Administration and Zhoukou Daily Newspaper. It has became the third big flower tourism festival brand follow Luoyang Peony Festival and Kaifeng Chrysanthemum Festival.
